• Technical requirements and
• Piece Weight of Rough Casting

• Production technology: Sand casting

• Main production equipment:
• Intermediate frequency electrical induction furnaces and electrical arc furnaces (EAF)
• Heat treatment (Annealing) furnaces
• Shot blast machines
• Equipment for inspecting chemicals and physical properties
• Ultra sonic inspector
• Pin holes and cracks inspection with magnetic powder

• Piece weight: 2Kg~2,300Kg per piece 　

• Finish Machined/tooled products also available according to customer's request (Drawings and standard of products should be provided by customer.)

• Packing: In wooden cases

• Production capacity: 500 Mt per month

• Duration of pattern-making: Within 45 working days (Vary subject to the complexity of products) 

• Minimum order: No limit

• Delivery: Within 45 working days after signing of contract and confirmation of samples by client
